Really work on using your legs, trying to get your body to ride high in the water.

3 x 500 @ b --> negative split
Focus on keeping your stroke long and smooth, even as you pick up speed on the 2nd 250. Try to maintain a regular breathing pattern, get into a groove. Pace yourself. Try to hold the same pace for all 3 500s.

Set 3
4 x 50 pull @ : b+15 w/ buoy, no paddles --> if you have an ankle band, use that in addition to the buoy. If you are comfortable just using the ankle band without the buoy, do that.
