Intermediate
These workouts go up to 4,000 yards in distance, though most are closer to the 2,000-3,000 range. They include additional strokes, challenging intervals, mild technique work (drills), and varying distances.
Advanced
No holds barred. These workouts range in distance but almost all have challenging bases and a mix of stroke, swim, drill, kick, and pull.
